Pop! Promos is hiring a Supply Chain Associate to join our growing team. This role is the perfect fit for a candidate with past experience in overseas production management and international shipping (Air Express, Air Freight, Ocean) to work for our Sr. Production Manager to manage overseas production and schedule/track international shipments and domestic freight shipments.
Good candidates will be organized, have high attention to detail, strong quantitative abilities, and good communication skills in addition to relevant work experience.

International Production Management:
Liaise between supplier base and sales team on day to day order updates
Work closely with overseas production management offices (Shanghai and New Delhi) to ensure factory compliance as well as ontime and accurate production and shipdates
Escalate order issues to Production Manager for review and resolution
Assist with maintenance and storage of safety/compliance documentation
Act as backup production manager when Sr. Manager is OOO
International Logistics Oversight:
Work closely with the team responsible for organizing, scheduling, and tracking inbound international shipments to ensure on time and accurate deliveries.
Oversee communications related to international logistics delays internally (with sales team) and externally (with shipping carriers and customs brokers)
Coordinate the booking and organization of outbound freight shipments
Organize and host monthly production and international shipping control meeting for company executives including necessary reporting for larger group’s review
Identifying and implementing best practices and SOPs
1-5 years experience working with overseas manufacturers (preferably in China)
1-5 years experience scheduling, tracking, and monitoring shipments of imports into the US via ocean, air freight, and air express
Experience reviewing invoices from international freight shipments (air and ocean).
UPS, DHL, and Fed Ex experience is preferred
