Pop! Promos is looking for an experienced marketer to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will be capable of executing on creative strategy and has a solid, practical skill set in multiple marketing disciplines. This position will work directly with the Director of Marketing and the marketing team to execute on company objectives, which include account based B2B marketing, creating engaging content, and lead generation. 

 *Please note that Pop! Promos has returned to the office! We offer our team a competitive WFH/telecommuting hybrid policy, but some of the week will be spent working alongside us in our newly renovated Fishtown office.*

  • Work with the Director of Marketing and Marketing team to develop and deploy assets related to the monthly content schedule, to include email, social media and account specific sales campaigns

  • Manage departmental projects by being responsible for creating, monitoring and ensuring completion of associated tasks on time and within scope

  • Write copy as needed and proofread emails and content for clarity, grammar and spelling

  • Pull campaign and departmental data and provide analysis that can be shared on an executive level

  • Make general website pricing and content updates as well as making UI/UX and content suggestions for improving the overall user experience

  • Be the marketing liaison to the sales team and report back on proposed ways to generate strategic account based opportunities


  • BS/BA degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years in a Marketing specific role

  • Outstanding project management skills

  • Comfortable in making important decisions in a fast-paced environment

  • Analytical mind with strong working knowledge of analytical and database tools

  • Knowledgeable and comfortable with Project Management software

  • Working knowledge of Wordpress

  • Highly organized

  • Excellent written communication and writing skills

  • An ability to work under tight deadlines
