At Pop! Promos, we work in a fast-paced, strong team environment, and often celebrate milestones with after-hours events such as happy hours, bowling and other activities.
As Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the introduction of a new product every 2 weeks by creating and maintaining customer facing product information across platforms that is accurate, compelling, and on brand for Pop! Promos. The Product Manager will report to the Director of Marketing, and work on a team with graphic designers and other marketing associates while collaborating closely with our product development team.

The Product Manager’s primary duties include but are not limited to:
Create and execute product launch campaigns for up to 24 unique products per year
Maintain Pop! Promos’ unique voice as an industry leader in creativity by writing compelling copy on client-facing assets, including segmented email campaigns, website landing pages, and product listings on industry platforms
Work directly with Director of Marketing to manage quarterly marketing content calendar and ensure timely execution of deliverables
Manage and deploy product and marketing assets in support of sales team action plan initiatives, lead generation and conversion, prospect nurturing, and new product launches
Compile monthly reports on marketing initiatives with suggested next steps to optimize results for future campaigns
Perform market research to identify new product development opportunities based on market positioning and industry trends
2-5 years work experience in a marketing role
Excellent project management skills including using project management software (eg: Asana, Basecamp, Trello)
Must have strong writing skills and copywriting experience
Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frame
A working understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
Organized, dependable and detail oriented
A team player and able to work well under pressure
