Project Manager (Remote-friendly)

Job Overview and Requirements

SEBPO is looking for a Project Manager with experience managing complex deliverables that involve multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, schedules, and communication. Experience in the outsourcing or BPO industry is key.

As a Project Manager at SEBPO, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. This role will interact with all levels of employees, can communicate clearly with senior-level executives on the state of your projects, and ensure that all projects stay on track. You will partner with various departments at SEBPO such as Marketing, IT, Operations, HR and Sales to ensure all projects are properly planned out, executed and completed.

NOTE: This position is remote-friendly to maintain the safety and comfort of our SEBPO team. There will be travel required to our Marlton, NJ office for pertinent team meetings, but this travel is occasional.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors

  • Shepherd projects to ensure on-time delivery

  • Manage scope changes

  • Ensure feasibility, resource availability and allocation

  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

  • Report and escalate to management as needed

  • Manage the relationship with all stakeholders

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

 

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3 – 5 Years of Project Management Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong technical proficiency

  • Communication/writing skills – excellent interpersonal, listening, and oral and written communication skills

  • Professional attitude and performance

  • Flexibility in adapting to new assignments and providing cross-coverage with colleagues; ability to learn quickly

  • Ability to self-advocate and suggest process changes, system changes, or support tools which may improve work quality or timeliness

  • Comfortable in deadline driven environment; able to handle prioritization and management of multiple tasks for assigned projects that are concurrently in different stages of development 

  • Excellent organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work without close supervision and to accept responsibility for quality and timeliness of work

  • Ability to build strong working relationships and to work collaboratively with colleagues

  • Ability to self-assess and reflect, including ability to define areas for improvement and identify educational interventions in support of ongoing professional development

  • PMP certification a plus
