Pop Promos is looking for an organized leader to join our growing marketing department. The ideal candidate has exceptional project management skills and can help to drive key projects from concept to completion. **This is a hybrid, in-office role, with the opportunity to take advantage of our work-from-anywhere policy 2 days a week. We require proof of vaccination or a qualifying exemption in order to be inside our building.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with Marketing Director to create and execute on marketing strategy, mapping out and tracking the tasks required to implement that vision.

  • Assist with the creation, management and execution of the content calendar.

  • Monitor scheduling, trafficking, planning and resource management of projects from approved concept through execution.

  • Analyze weekly marketing and sales metrics and share insights with key team members

  • Provide Marketing Director and Management team with comprehensive monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis for marketing campaigns and activities.

  • Develop opportunities to assist with account based sales efforts through strategic meetings with sales team and management.

  • Manage creative personnel through initial development through final execution.

  • Develop, maintain and update comprehensive project files as well as documentation like SOPs, instructions, charts, logging and tracking etc.

  • Assist the Marketing Director with bidding, purchasing, negotiating and managing all 3rd party services.

  • Manage all activities, plus assigned projects, within budget.

  • Complete project milestones as scheduled and present final materials on-time.

  • Ensure all relevant parties understand project goals and identify communications tools best suitable to accomplish the objectives.

  • Write and edit copy as needed.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in Marketing or related field

  • 5+ years in a Marketing role (people management a plus)

  • Outstanding project management skills

  • Exceptional prioritization

  • Comfortable making important decisions in a fast-paced environment

  • Analytical mind with a reliance on data

  • Knowledgeable with Project Management software (Asana a plus)

  • Highly organized

  • Excellent written communication and writing skills

  • An ability to work under tight deadlines
